Living by the sea.

Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Our home is located in Santa Fe, a charming coastal neighborhood in western Havana, just 30 minutes by car from Old Havana and close to Marina Hemingway. In our area, visitors often enjoy snorkeling and windsurfing. The house has three levels and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It features a spacious terrace with small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and beautiful views of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. Completely private for the guest.

A porch with ocean views, a sea breeze, and blue for your eyes. Our apartment is located right where the Jaimanitas river and the sea meet. With a large porch, 2 bedrooms, and a modern and cozy look. Wonderful space to relax and disconnect, we are in the siboney area, beach municipality, Havana. You can enjoy all the space with total privacy including pool and patio. We are a 15-minute drive to downtown, we have private taxi service for your transfers if needed (extra cost).
