Wonderful pool oasis in a great location 3BR/3BA

Beautiful new construction home in a great location. The home has a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Spectacular heated pool with a hot tube. The outside patio also features an outdoor kitchen, that brings a lot of family fun. The oversized lot is perfect for family outdoor fun, soccer games and other activities. Beaches are only 15 minutes away, and downtown area is less than 20. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby the house. House is in close proximity to highway, so there might be some noise.

We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.
