Short walk from all the action in Queenstown, great for nights out and being able to walk back. Also super close and drivable to Remarkables Ski Slopes! Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace, heated towel rack and a washer / dryer. To top it off, amazing views of the lake and postcard worthy backdrop. Would highly recommend!

The view from the apartment was the showstopper - just waking up to the postcard-worthy scenery each morning made our day. The apartment was spacious and the rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Better than what we could have imagined! No.8 Queenstown will forever hold some out happiest memories. We stayed here for 4 nights for our 10 year anniversary and the place was immaculately presented, smelt so fresh & clean & it was somehow even better than the photos! The views from the living area and bath are breathtaking. Karine is so pleasant, incredibly helpful & generous in the additional amenities that she provided & it was truly hard to leave. I cannot wait til we can come back again. Thank you for making our Queenstown stay the absolute best!

The kitchen is well-equipped, the interior is clean and tidy, and there is an intelligent ventilation system. Parking is convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet. It is highly recommended for people who come to Queenstown and don't like the noise of the city. It is also relatively close to Glenorchy for horse riding. I look forward to having the opportunity to experience it again!

Jonathan & Julie's place was better than we expected. Everything (incl. amenities, bed, showers) was well-maintained and more spacious than the pictures listed. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Jonathan & Julie was also really responsive and generous in providing the necessary amenities and food/beverages for our stay. Arthurs' point was also out of city centre of Queenstown but still a short drive away for any shopping needs. Hence, it was a peaceful and private stay. Would recommend that anyone looking to enjoy beautiful scenery while wanting to stay near to Queenstown to book this airbnb for an enjoyable experience! Samantha’s place was awesome! So cosy, clean and modern. I like the toilet so clean with high water pressure and could warm the floor. 10 mins drive to town, beautiful surroundings, we have everything we need. The aircond is at living room so you need to open the door for it to flow in. Samantha is responsive and helpful. She has also recommended so many nice restaurants and provided nearby supermarkets for our easy reference. we’ll definitely stay again if we are here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful and calm with such beautiful view. The apartment was clean and cozy.

Nice modern upstairs stay with incredible views. Katerina also allowed a late check out which we appreciated. We also stayed in Queenstown and this spot was very accessible to get to the airport and also had great playgrounds and a nice cafe/restaurant nearby

We had a lovely stay at Residence du Parc! While it’s a 10-minute drive out of Queenstown's CBD, the peaceful setting and stunning views more than make up for the short distance. The place is cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close enough to enjoy Queenstown's attractions. The drive into town was quick and easy, and we appreciated the quiet evenings and fresh air after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was so clean and spotless when we arrived which made for a very enjoyable experience. For the price, this place was definitely worth it—great value for a cozy, well-equipped spot with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Queenstown who wants a relaxing and peaceful base to explore the area.

Stayed here for a week with my sister. Was a great place to stay, super convenient for public transport to travel to and from the airport, Queenstown and Arrowtown. We found the place had all the amenities we needed and more, we highly recommend and would stay here again!

The view from the flat is amazing and the spa is definitely a highlight of our trip. Will revisit the place when coming back to Queenstown next time.

We LOVED our stay here. I booked the place immediately while I was looking at places to stay in Queenstown. Place looked EXACTLY like the photos very ig worthy! The kitchen, laundry area and the bathroom are my fave parts of this home. We hope to be staying here again we come back next time. Cheers!

Fabulous apartment & location perfect for what we required. The apartment was immaculately clean & Sarah’s communication was great. Would definitely return.

We are a couple in our late 30's who were looking for a quiet location we could go in and out of and have time to chill out comfortably if needed. Lake Hayes was a great location as its right next door to Arrowtown and just 25 minutes from Queenstown waterfront. It's a great gateway to all the towns like Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Gibbston, Lake Tekapo etc. A great alternative to Queenstown. Peter and Jilly are lovely hosts and have a beautiful home overlooking what looks like an oil painting landscape! There are trees and rolling hills and gardens and birdsong, frost in the chilly mornings, and snow capped Coronet peak - it was just a stunning location. Their house is modern and has beautiful high ceilings and is well equipped with everything you need.

We love Queenstown and visited this time for 12 nights specifically for mountain biking. Jessica's location was fairly close to the Skyline for mountain bike shuttling, other local mountain biking tracks and only 20 minutes from Coronet Peak. Queenstown village (down town) is only 10 minutes walk. Our 1 bedroom unit was cozy, secure and clean. We had use of a coffee pod machine which was great, an oven so I could roast veggies and although we're not regular TV watches, the unit has Netflix so we could watch the occasional film. The Fresh Choice supermarket is across the road and a smaller grocery shop with more unique healthy produce is only a few minutes walk away. The unit also had private undercover vehicle parking that was great for us to store our Ford Ranger vehicle and our expensive mountain bikes. If you're travelling to Queenstown with skis or bikes and want a clean, secure location, I would recommend checking Jessica's property out.

Brilliant location, home and host. Don't bother staying anywhere else as this experience was perfect.

Great location and the place had everything we needed

This truly beautiful property felt like magic. From the charming decor to the stunning view of the lake, there was something wonderful in every corner. We were comfortable, warm and cosy right throughout our stay, which felt like the perfect base while we explored Queenstown and beyond.

Great place to stay. Nice views and a well equipped kitchen. Some of the pictures were more flattering/spacious than the actual space. Overall was a great stay. The spa pool was a great addition and fit 4 adults.

One of the most beautiful homes to stay in, the views are just as immaculate as the home. They had everything you could possibly need for a staycation and the team was super helpful and responsive. They spoiled us and I will definitely look to find accommodation with the team again!

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. Wow, what an incredible place. Great location and beautiful little homestay. Very modern furnishings and elegantly decorated. Laura was a willing and helpful host, I recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful little queenstown getaway, check this place out. 5 minutes from the town centre made staying here a great choice, and fernhill felt like you were out of town. Private, quiet and the views absolutely breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again if I wasn't interested in trying different things. I couldn't have asked for anymore !
