Modern house with plenty of space for our group of two families, with lots of books, toys and outdoor equipment for the kids. The views are spectacular, both from the house and the hot tub. Location is a 10 minute drive from Queenstown (parking is challenging in town) and a 15 minute drive from Arrowtown. If you want to be closer to the action you might want to stay closer to Queenstown, but we liked retreating to somewhere peaceful at the end of the day.

This is a truly beautiful home and now our second stay! We love the views, location, the jet boats passing through and all the wildlife the natural environment provides. We prefer to commute to town on the water taxi to avoid the busy traffic. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

Hands down the best stay you can find in Queenstown. Don't think twice just book it, You will not regret it. the views alone are insane in June. Host was responsive and helpful. House is super warm even in the - temperatures.

We spent amazing 6 nights here. The view was incredible and all the appliances come very handy. We especially love hanging out by the fireplace at night and a coffee on the terrace during morning. Everything was perfect and we'd definitely come back. Oh, the grocery near the corner "on the spot" has this yum milk "windy bridge" which is definitely worth a try!

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. Great place to stay with a group of friends for the week! Heaps of space. Very warm. Loved the spa. Easy access to the lakeside track. Loved being out of the traffic of central Queenstown!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Belle Vue. The place is absolutely beautiful with the views of the lake and the stunning interior furnishings. We stayed for 12 nights and the place was perfect for our family, close to Frankton shops and the airport and 10 minute drive to the central town shops. We would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in staying in Queenstown. The home was so lovely and warm with all the heaters and underfloor heating, not to mention the gorgeous fireplace. Will definitely be back again here soon! :)

The house has it all - Great view overlooking Lake Wakatipu and peninsula, hot tub, garage, comfy beds, electric blanket, fireplace, enough bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, grill. I even saw a ski dryer room in the garage too. Extra clean! I’ve stayed in many big houses on Airbnb, especially in New Zealand. They’re all clean, but this house has really wowed me in details. The host team is very professional, responsive and kind. Would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown, I trust that you will have a great time like my friends and I did.

David’s place is as beautiful as it’s comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we only used the three bedrooms on mid-level floor. Having kitchen and living room and laundry all on the same floor made things super easy for us. Moreover my husband used the top floor office to do his office work away from our chaos on the lower floor which was just another cherry on top. And the view is just stunning - out of the world. It will make you get out of the bed in morning. We made use of both fire places, cooked and ate out on the patio many times. He also has a next-gen level media entertainment which we enjoyed. Thanks for letting us stay at your super amazing place David. Would love to visit again.

Lovely place, perfect location close to the town 10 minute walk and a supermarket 5 mins down the road. Everything we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this stay if you’re wanting a cosy, quiet getaway nestled amongst beautiful scenery. The outdoor bath looking out at the pine trees and mountains was idyllic. Our hosts were very friendly, super responsive and accommodating. Cant wait to come back!

Nice, cozy and warm. I did not communicate with Sarah after I booked but she did and gave very clear instructions. Spa was great under the moon and stars on a windless still night. Loved the fluffy pillow and duvet covers. Room was clean and bathroom great. Tea and coffee making facilities and milk in the fridge, microwave also provided. A small table and chair available in the room but there was also outdoor furniture for those nice evenings. Overall AAA+++. No cleaning fee so I took extra care to leave it as tidy and clean as I could. Thanks Sarah and highly recommended. Will come again.

This is an incredible Airbnb. If you are looking for somewhere to base yourself so you can sample some of the most breathtaking landscapes, nature and biodiversity in the world, this is it. The views from the deck alone are mind-blowing - rugged, snow capped mountains all around; at night there is so little light pollution that you can see the Milky Way!! Dan's home is stylish, tasteful, very comfortable, warm, super clean and exactly as the photos show. It has all modern conveniences - fast internet and wifi , full kitchen with a big island and large fridge, indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces, outdoor spa, a huge shower with a rainfall shower head, and floor to ceiling windows throughout. The bedrooms have blockout blinds for complete darkness when you want it. I spent two weeks here and had an amazing time exploring the Otago region, hiking, sight seeing, reading and relaxing and Dan's Airbnb was a huge part of this. Dan is very friendly and extremely easy to communicate with.

Such a cute wee hideaway, located just out of Wānaka but perfect for the quiet weekend we wanted. Sally was great with her instructions and communication was 5 star. Had everything you needed and you can tell thought was taken in making sure guests are comfortable. Beautiful views to top it all off

Beautiful spot, loved the hot tub. Very peaceful! Gaze at the stars, the trees have glow worms! check in was mental, lots of dogs, I personally loved it, but if you are not confident with dogs and don't understand them you might be overwhelmed. I prefer dogs over humans.... so no complaints from me. I will return!
