What an amazing property! When we booked it we hoped it would live up to the images - and it totally surpassed it! We had the most amazing 2 night stay at the hotel, enjoying the luxury of the treetop pod, the pools and the amazing bar and restaurant as well. Johnny was an amazing sommelier and host, and the food was top notch. An amazing oasis in the most amazing setting, in the most amazing country. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone for whom this has caught your eye - we loved it!

We had a great time at Todd’s place! The pictures were beautiful, but I think it was even better in person!! The view was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset every night from the patio. Marco was very friendly, and quick to respond. When we come back to Coco we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

Casa Rosita was amazing….. every little thing. The location, neighborhood, amenities and the furnishings. We spent so much time on the covered porch and pool in the afternoons and evenings. Having access to the beach club was a huge benefit…. We loved hanging by the pool, watching the monkeys and having cocktails. Will be back!

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. Magical Place Our week in Maria’s home was absolutely magical. Situated at the end of a sandy cove, we had excellent ocean access and amazing privacy. The home was so comfortable, with A/C in the bedrooms and breezy, beautiful living spaces in the rest of the house, deep decks with plenty of seating for meals, and tiny little spots under trees and bushes scattered throughout the ample yard. Our three generation gathering relished the pool, the beach, the yard games, and plenty of board games and art projects throughout the week. Maria’s recommendations for cooks and transportation were excellent. Maria was shockingly responsive…even sending someone over with two bags of ice when the ice-maker was a little slow for our needs. We were blessed with regular sightings of monkeys, lizards, birds, crabs, and dragonflies. We were so lucky to come upon this magical place that fully met all our needs, and exceeded our expectations.

In general, CR was more expensive than I would have guessed, which made Andrea's place an even better value than I hoped for. The unit is in a gated area right on a beautiful beach with a very active reef, and lots of colorful fauna. There's even a nice restaurant 100m away. We stayed much closer to home than we intended for the whole trip. If there was anything that might scare people away, there were several ant species roaming around the unit. It's a jungle, and they have wings, so what can you do? Nobody got bit, and they were individuals, not swarms. I also evicted a land crab that was enjoying the AC. I don't think you're going to find anything without an elevator and a lobby that doesn't have this level of intimacy with the local fauna. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea's place to anyone.

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.
