IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Welcome! We offer you a bright, family home in a good area, close to everything, with spacious rooms. It has a living room with a balcony facing the street, a dining room, a full kitchen, and three bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Another is for children, with toys and books, and has a single bed (and a smaller bed for children downstairs). The third bedroom, with a single bed, is upstairs and accessible by a staircase. It also has a covered patio and a Chulengo grill.

It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
