It has a living room with a balcony facing the street, a dining room, a full kitchen, and three bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Another is for children, with toys and books, and has a single bed (and a smaller bed for children downstairs). The third bedroom, with a single bed, is upstairs and accessible by a staircase. It also has a covered patio and a Chulengo grill.
