This newly renovated studio is located on Asura 43 street, less than 10 minutes from the subway mouth "Arturo Soria", so you can easily reach the center by public transport. The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming V is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed in addition to storage space. It also has a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Remember, you'll need a mobile phone with an internet connection to access your listing. Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm. If you would like extra cleaning, it has an additional cost and must be requested with at least 24 hours notice.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The room is located on the left side of the living room, it is a spacious room with a 1.60 x 2 double bed with a mattress that invites the rest, it has a large comfortable with a mirror. The bathroom is normal size, the shower is with hot water through thermos, left equipped with shampu, shower gel, dryer and shower towels. The kitchen is spacious, composed of dining room and has everything you need to cook, it is composed of ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The apartment is exclusively for guests, they will always be alone. The apartment has a garage space included in the reservation, the garage spot is in a public parking lot, with hours from 08:00 am until 22:30, being able to leave the car inside the parking lot at night.
