In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Third floor (i.e. stairs) spacious apartment with a private entrance. Walking distance to Thompson’s Point, Maine Med and many other trails and attractions. The Old Port is a 5 minute drive (1.5 mi.). There is plenty of free street parking available. Space heaters warm the space in the winter, and a/c is provided in the summer. The house is shared by first floor tenants while our family occupies the second floor. Again, several stairs to navigate, but quite comfortable once you settle in!

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.
