Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

You will have access to a small private garden that will allow you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings where you can grill thanks to the barbecue provided. The studio has a 140 cm bed as well as a 140 cm sofa bed (+ 1 baby bed), the emphasis was placed on comfortable and quality bedding. Linens and hand towels provided.
