In summer you will find lakes for swimming, beautiful waterfalls, and many trails on the road to Dormiousse. Half board or full board can be offered upon request.

On the road to Col Agnel, the cottage appears. Single story. Discreet. Almost secret. Facing the mountains, lulled by the crystalline murmur of the Aigue Agnelle, it seems to have always been there. The old wood tells stories, the stone retains the freshness of the mountain, and the light gently enters through the large openings.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
