Située à 1700 mètres d’altitude, notre maison de famille est située dans le hameau de la Chalp d’Arvieux, au pied du col de l'Izoard. Elle dispose de 3 chambres et d’un jardin privatif clôturé. En hiver, un relevé du compteur électrique est fait à l’état de lieux d’entrée pour sensibiliser à toute surconsommation intempestive. (Voir contrat) Un contrat de location est établi au moment de la réservation. Quelque soit la saison, une ambiance de forêt et ses paysages seront au rendez-vous !

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Outside, you will find terrace, garden, table under the trees, hammock to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, under the terrace, we have set up a nice little corner for your nap or your aperitif ... Winter or summer? Here, nature's bath is guaranteed whatever the season!

This 76 m2 chalet is new. Composed of a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
