Our paradise is located in the village of Baghramyan, 20 minutes drive from Yerevan (by taxi $4). Bus 205 will take you to the subway (passes every 20 minutes). Within walking distance there is a supermarket, bakery and a green park with children's swings. We provide one free transfer from or to the airport and provide a SIM card with a local number and internet

Happy House Tsakhkadzor

The place is great: you are surrounded by style. A cozy one-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Tsakhkadzor, in the Alvina hotel complex (white building) with a view of the forest. All the amenities for a comfortable stay. The sports center and the "Lesnoy" restaurant are 400 m away. The complex has a swimming pool, SPA, and hammam: weekdays 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., weekends until 10:00 p.m. The cable car is 2 km away, and the center is a 15-minute walk through the forest. Nearby are the churches of Kecharis and St. Arutyun.

Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.
