Holiday rentals with a patio in Asakusa

房東非常的友善。在我們一行人抵達的第一天早上，因為行李不算少，不方便隨身攜帶前往預定行程，經過詢問房東後，房東願意讓我們提早入住房間並放置行李，這對我們來說有很大的幫助。 下次如果還有還朋友的團體旅遊，我也會再次參考和選擇這間房間！

Host Chin immediately replied to my msgs, always there to assist. The unit was really close to JR Yamanote line Komagome Stn. easy access to whole of Tokyo. Elevator is a bonus especially for heavy stuff. Space is limited which was typical for Tokyo accommodation. A good value for money rather than staying at the hotel.

We had a great stay at this flat in Tokyo! The location is perfect — very close to the station, with a playground nearby for the kids, and a 7-Eleven and bakery conveniently located on the first floor. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

房间非常干净，住宅区干净便利，附近步行五分钟7-11和familymart都有，可以入住5-7人，交通也很方便离jk线步行4分钟可达 。房东反应及时，提供的信息也准确可靠，推荐家庭出行选择。

Very convenient location with Akihabara amenities all within walking distance and close to metro. Great food and coffee nearby and great morning jog to Ueno park. Shigeru is a wonderful and responsive host, who addressed questions quickly.

지하철역이 정말 가까워서 좋아요. 그리고 집 근처에 편의점, 마트, 식당들이 많아서 편했어요. Chikuzen-ya もつ焼角吉 菊川店 여기 식당이 있어서 그냥 들어가봤는데 정말 최고였어요 여기에 숙박하신다면 꼭 가보세요! 도쿄의 숙소들이 대부분 엄청 좁다는 단점이 있지만 여긴 그에비하면 넓은 편이에요. 다만 침대가 작아서 조금 불편했어요. 화장실도 청결하고 집이 청결해요. 2명이서 4박을 지냈는데 큰수건 2장과 작은수건 2장이 전부라서 수건이 너무 부족했어요. 다행이 세탁기를 사용할수있어서 수건을 세탁해 사용했습니다. 분리수거를 철저히 해달라고 하셨는데 한국과는 조금 달라 헷갈리기는 했어요. 그래도 나름 열심히 했습니다. 처음에 체크인할때 안내해준 키박스가 아닌 다른 키박스에 숙소 키가 들어있어 조금 헤맸어요. 가격이 저렴해서 주요 관광지들과 거리는 조금 있지만 지하철로 충분히 이동가능하여 좋았어요. 다음에 도쿄에간다면 또 갈 의향이 있습니다. 세탁실에서 냄새가 조금 나서 아쉬웠어요. 문을닫아두면 되긴하는데 개선이 필요해보여요. 감사합니다.

Perfect for a big family, walkable to many areas and transportation, clean and well equipped

My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

Had a comfortable stay at Scott's place. We were a family of six (4 adults + 2 kids) and the space was just right. The place had complete amenities from the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a park just across the street, and still close to some of the popular tourist spots in Asakusa minus the noise. Highly recommended place to stay especially for families!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses, clear instructions, and they were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

Propre, chaleureux, accueillant et plus encore. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez soi. Il y avait beaucoup d’accommodation comme du café, petit bonbon, bouteille d’eau et autres. On se sent vraiment à la maison. L’hôte est très chaleureux et répond rapidement. Les environs sont remplis d’activités et de beaux restos. Cependant, c’est a 1h de Shibuya et Shinjuku alors si vous comptiez y aller, il faut prévoir le coup.

距離地鐵站有一小段路,大約步行10~15分鐘,可以當作輕鬆散步 四周是安靜的住宅區,附近還有超市/超商可以買生活補給品,是個適合短暫停留的好住所 提供的配備:廚具/家具/家電都乾淨無垢,可以安心使用 非常推薦給大家

位置太方便了 附近有好几个便利店 步行可以到的商场有3-4个 期中🈶阿卡酱 很方便亲子母婴购物啊 去上野 去晴空塔 都非常方便 房子干净 很适合家庭出游 下次还会选择

Our family of five had a fantastic time at EleVens Place! The space was perfect for us comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The kids had a blast, and we loved how everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d happily come back again!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tokyo! The location was perfect—right near all the action but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring. It was ideal for our family of four. After a long international flight, arriving to find the fridge stocked with bottled water, milk, cola, and both orange and apple juice (a big hit with our kids!) was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It made our trip that much smoother and more enjoyable.
