Holiday rentals with a patio in Taito City

The host is very friendly and friendly.On the first morning of our arrival, because the luggage was not small, it was inconvenient to carry it to the scheduled trip. After asking the host, the host was willing to let us check in early and place the luggage, which was a great help to us. Next time if there is a group trip with friends, I will refer to and choose this room again!

Numa’s lovely apartment is cozy, clean, had everything I needed for a short remote work trip. It’s located in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, just a quick walk away from Ebisu Station. Numa is always responsive and helpful during my stay. I’m pretty sensitive to noise so I wear earplugs when I sleep and didn’t have any issue

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

If you're visiting Tokyo for the first time and looking for a spot near the main areas, this one is perfect! The station can easily get you to other areas of Shinjuku, Shibuya station, etc. Be wary of the stairs in the station, as there are no escalators. The walk isn't too bad from the station, although if you have big luggages it may be a bit of a hassle. The instructions to get to the Airbnb were really easy to follow. One thing about the place is the elevator, so no hauling luggages up a staircase when you get there! The host responds fairly quick and is easy to conversate with! Made our stay nice and smooth with no issues :)

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and was a relaxing place to come back to on the days I toured the city and did excursions. The host is super kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Good place, that was a right decision to chose this apartments. The metro is quite close so it wasn’t a problem to get to the most popular places in Tokyo .

Great location, anything you can think of is nearby. Quiet neighborhood, allowing for plenty of rest. Space was tight for three people with large luggage, but we made it work. Overall would recommend.

Perfect communication with owner, clear information, cozy accommodation for group of friends/family. Location is close to the subway, and not so far from Shinkansen Station. Big recommendation!

Host super responsive and easy to deal with. The location was a little out of the way, especially if you have a lot of luggage, but we expected that, however it’s very convenient to get to the subway stations and super quiet area at night. The house itself was spotless and had everything you would need. Pictures are exactly as you will find, lots of space, nice little touches like having umbrellas available. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

We stayed with a big group and everyone was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, conveniently located near the train station and it was very peaceful at night. My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

Staying at Ro's place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We are a group of 5 (1 adult and 4 seniors) and we find the place comfortable to stay in. The house is about 6 mins walk from Oyama station, 3 stations aways from Ikebukuro, which is accessible to many trains and subways that can take you to different places inside and outside of Tokyo. The house is located near a covered shopping street called Ohyama happy road where many groceries, local stores, and restaurants are located. We felt like a local living in this area. The house is pristine clean, basic necessities were provided, and beds are comfortable to sleep in. The house is exactly what is shown in the listing. The place is easy to locate and they also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place which we appreciated. Ro and her team responded to my inquries promptly and made sure we had a warm and memorable stay. This is truly a gem in Itabashi. Thank you Ro and JH for hosting us and we will surely be back.

Everything accurate to its description. The area around it is beautiful and really fun to walk around at night.

This location was very convenient, since it was very close to 3 different stations. We were able to go to many of the places that we want. There were a couple issues that came up, but the host responded quickly to take care of them. Overall, a very nice stay for our group of 12 in Tokyo!

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent place to stay in Tokyo. Apartment was spacious and really well kept. Besides, was really well located: just 2 minutes walk from a JR station and 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, very nice host. He explained how to forward the luggage and allowed us to leave hand luggage before check in time. He even left us some drinks and was always responsive. Also, he arranged us a private driver to go to Mt Fuji with a very reasonable price, which turned out to be the best day we had during our stay in Tokyo. Coming back to Tokyo, I would think twice where to stay.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

The accommodation is priced well for the location in Shinjuku and the size of the apartment. It was convenient and close to attractions, entertainment, stores, and the metro lines. The apartment is a little dated, but it works nice for the price and appears larger than the other similarly priced accommodations. Ro was very responsive and helpful as well.

Great place in a great location! The host was great and helpful. The bus stop is right outside and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!
