Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Vår mysiga nybyggda fjällstuga ligger på gångavstånd från Klövsjö skidområde och passar lika bra för skidäventyr på vintern som fjällturer och bad på sommaren! Njut av bastu, brasa eller solig altan efter en dag på skidbackarna eller fjället. Klövsjö är utsedd till ”Sveriges vackraste by” och kallas ”Skidåkarnas skidort”. Samma liftkort gäller även Vemdalens fyra skidområden med 35 liftar och 58 nedfarter. Lugnt läge nära skidområdet, restauranger, sportshoppar och en klar badsjö med bryggor.

På sommaren har du naturen precis utanför med massor av härliga vandrings och cykelleder! 5 min gångavstånd till mataffär, restaurang, bowling och skidshop vid Storhogna M. 15 min gångavstånd till Storhogna fjällhotell med lyxigt spa och två restauranger.

Man hör trafiken från vägen. 4 sängplatser. Rumsrena hundar och katter tillåtna. En trapp som kan upplevas som brant till egen entré. Lägenheten är inte anpassad för små barn. Inga säkerhetslås finns på fönstren. 2 p-platser med motorvärmaruttag. Det finns tvättmaskin och torkställning. Ingen TV.

Welcome to a cozy and inviting apartment right in the heart of Hoverberg, a small gem by Lake Storsjön in Jämtland. The apartment is located in a quiet and scenic environment close to the shores of Lake Storsjön and Hoverberget's hiking trails, where you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains and the water. In winter, the area is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowmobile excursions, and in summer there are nice swimming and fishing opportunities.

Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin (newly built in 2022) with high standards in a scenic and quiet area. Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.

Stugan (165 kvm) är nybyggd och designad för att skapa en fridfull och lyxig atmosfär, där varje detalj är noggrant planerad för maximal avkoppling men även möjlighet till distansarbete (kontorsplats). Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. You live in your own house on a farm with dogs, sheep and chickens. Courtyard that invites you to spend time outdoors in summer and winter. The house is close to services but is still quiet, 300 meters to the village grocery store. 3 km to Klövsjö ski area. View of mountains and lake. The house is from 1850, the surface was renovated in 2015, the toilet was renovated November 25.
