Apartment holiday rentals in Asbury Park

This is by far my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. My sister and I had visited Asbury Park a month ago and wanted to come back, so we were so excited to find this beautiful gem so close to the beach! The space is absolutely perfect I would move in if I could! Everything from location to cleanliness to the kindness of the host it was a dream. If I ever visit again I will rebook in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Marisa for the most wonderful stay!

clean, cute place walking distance to a few places in Highlands. we went to Sandy hook and took the ferry to NYC. the apartment itself is as described, clean with working AC and cute. the pool was very clean, there is moderate road noise outside the deck.

Karen’s home was lovely! A great location a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and easy to walk into downtown Ocean Grove from. Karen was an exceptional host, very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and was even flexible with a later check out than initially agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

This place is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a long weekend, but they don’t want a hotel. It’s exactly as described… a small little studio but has everything you need!…bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck… what else do you need? You’re on vacation, not staying at home the whole time! You are 2 blocks from the beach… can walk to Asbury Park boardwalk… can walk to a bunch of little stores… the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe… and everything you could possibly want or need is less then a 10 min drive! Did I mention it’s so affordable and the host is friendly and easily accessible? She emailed me back at night in minutes when I had a question… and then apologized that it took so long! lol! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place and host… thank you Nancy! We will definitely be back!

Myra was a great host! She is very hospitable and passionate about providing great service to her guests. She puts in effort to make guests feel at home and offers to accommodate their needs. If you have the opportunity to book a stay, I would recommend it.

Walking distance to all the local popular bars and the beach. House was very clean and modern. Was exactly what we needed for the week. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh the moment we walked in — such a nice welcome after a road trip. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay! We loved walking to the beach from the house, spending mornings and evenings on the front deck. Location is really ideal. Tastefully decorated. Not cluttered. Good quality towels. Host allowed to have flexible check in and check out which we really appreciated. It’s a little gem!

I traveled here for a local CrossFit competition and this was exactly what I needed. I was alone and felt totally safe in the apartment in the area. The building was also super quiet at night, which is important to me because I need rest. The host was amazing and super responsive. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and stay there again, next time.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is magnificent, with a ton of space and lots of rooms, making it perfect for the whole family. What really sealed the deal was the incredible location. Being literally one block from the beach meant we could walk there in just a few minutes, any time we wanted. It made our beach vacation so incredibly convenient and enjoyable!

This was the absolutely best location we’ve ever stayed at in Ocean Grove. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We visit Ocean Grove every year to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We love to walk and the boardwalk is only a few blocks away with access from Asbury Park to Spring Lake. There are great places to dine and shop all within walking distance. Day’s ice cream is just up the street for that afternoon or evening treat. Plus the Ocean Grove Auditorium is only a few blocks away. If you love the beach, it’s only a few blocks away and very easy to access. This is definitely a great place to stay!

My stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was responsive, kind, and made everything easy. We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

I loved it !!! Her and her husband brought us some chairs and a table to sit at outside the door for smoking. Very polite , respectful and friendly. The places smells AMAZING and felt like home ! Definitely booking again for a few more days next time.

This place is beautiful! Loved the layout and the amenities. Loaded with everything we needed. A perfect location for a family to come enjoy the Jersey Shore! We had a great time! Madeline was very helpful & accommodating.

I needed some help finding the unit and getting inside but Ashok had sent me his number, answered right away and got me to the unit and inside. My GPS only got me to the complex. I had trouble seeing the numbers so needed the help. I was only looking for an inexpensive place to sleep overnight and the unit was more than half of the area hotels where I was never going to use what the hotels offered for their price.
