Holiday rentals with a patio in Ascension Parish

My second stay and it was another lovely experience!!! Clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated, cozy & quiet with everything I needed. The beds are super comfy! Only suggestion I have (which I’m sure Tabetha has no control over) would be not to wake up guests with mowing & weeding at 7:00 a.m. That was the only negative experience. It is usually very quiet. Tabetha is always responsive & helpful and she is a wonderful host!!!

booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

Had a good experience with the apartment. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again

This property was super nice and in a convenient location in order to access the main interstate , local shops etc . Loved the property , very clean and locally chic. Tony managed to have everything I might have needed and if I was missing anything I could just visit the local Dollar General about 1 minute away. Enjoyed my time and hope to re-visit if I’m ever back in town.

When we arrived we were all impressed with the neighborhood. Getting to the house was easy. Instructions were very clear on how to gwt in the house and the bedrooms. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful also. I messaged the owner a couple times and the response was quick and respectful. You can tell he takes care of his house and those who stay in it. We all said if we come back in the area we would love to stay at this location again.

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place in Gonzales, Louisiana. The home was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. We were in town for a sporting event and stayed for two nights—everything about the experience was seamless. Friends who stopped by were equally impressed by the space and how well-maintained it was. Daniel was a thoughtful and responsive host, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the Gonzales area. I would definitely book again!

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed! The house was spotless! Clean everything! Yes they live there on occasion but It felt just like home! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer/ cleaner place! Although the home is lived in and may have a few dings here and there from the dogs it is up to date with everything! AMAZING PORCH! With dog gate! IT IS A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE! And I absolutely love that! It was fairly close to everything you needed. But far enough out no one was bothering you. I’m funny where I stay and the cleanliness of a place I lay my head but this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Yes it is a double wide trailer but it feels just like a home! I would say it is a very safe place!

This was an amazing place to stay for my daughter's graduation. We brought our family there to relax after and pictures did not do the Airbnb Justice. It was amazing! We had a great time. The amenities were exactly what we needed. Had a pool, a fire pit which it was amazing for our entire family. We did s'mores the home, had four great bedrooms, three bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, eating area to fit and accommodate. Our family. Would definitely recommend to stay there. Amazing place. Plus there was a pool table poker table cornhole, a nice sety area outside with the pool ping pong. It was just amazing

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

Another great stay at this Airbnb. The check-in/check-out process is very smooth. We walked over to Overpass Market and had a great dinner and drinks! We're looking forward to staying here again soon. -Clint

Brenda was a rock star host! Simply the best ever! My husband even said it was the nicest airbnb that we’ve ever stayed in. Just what we needed for a stop over heading back to Texas.

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!
