Just row, silence, whizz over the pine crowns and burn the wood stove. Seldalen is an old spring sturgeon with a traditional, simple western Norwegian sturgeon cottage. Don't expect sun every day -nature is weather and you have to adapt to it! Walk from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing bath in Huldrekulpen.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. New cabin in the mountains with great views. Stordalen can be found in Vestland county about 1.5 hours north of Bergen and 40 min south of Oppedal. The road up to the cabin field is a bit steep. Stordalen is the gateway to Stølsheimen and has many great hiking opportunities. Peak trips up to 1000 meters nearby. All year round road from E39 Matre Stordalen ski center and prepared ski trails. Unique location between Førde and Bergen makes it easily accessible. Maybe the perfect meeting place for the family?

It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

Opplev det enkle og fredelige hyttelivet midt i nydelig vestlandsnatur. Omgitt av fjell, elver, vann og skog ligger denne lille hytten tibaketrukket til. Her får du virkelig følelsen av å være midt i naturen. Området byr på fine turmuligheter både mot Stølsheimen og Matrefjellene. For klatrere ligger det flotte feltet for buldring i Matre en 5 minutt kjøretur unna, og en flott storvegg er like ved hytten. Hytten har også sin helt egen buldrestein et par minutters rusletur unna.
