It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Very happy to have chosen Paul's place for my stay in Milton Keynes. I stayed with Paul for a month and immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed. On arriving, Paul quickly showed me around the place, which includes a very spacious kitchen and garden. The room itself was very clean and equipped with a TV. There are a few guest rooms you could be staying in with dedicated bathrooms for each floor. Paul himself was very friendly and responsive, and always happy to chat or leave me to my own devices depending on what I felt like (he was even kind enough to cook a couple of meals for me!). The area is on the outskirts of Milton Keynes and very quiet, so I'd recommend a stay at Paul's for those who are looking for a peaceful location and don't mind a short drive to the centre. Thanks Paul for the great stay!

I have stayed with Alicia and Matt for six weeks. They are both so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. The house was kept pristine throughout my stay. Alicia was very quick with communicating to me via air bnb. This was a perfect place to stay during the working week. Right next to Asda and a nice local neighbourhood.

Codie, was a great host very friendly and responded very quickly. House is lovely and always very warm. The bed was comfortable and house is very large and spacious with lot's of room in the kitchen and the lounge with dinning room are nice to relax in. The house is also fully detached and in a very quiet area.
