We had a lovely family weekend away. The pictures do not do it justice...the perfect escape from everyday life with everythingyou could need! We all enjoyed using the hot tub 😊 Such a peaceful place to relax and wind down. I am sure we will be back!

Frank's place was exactly as described. The views from the property are incredible. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day exploring Devon. Most of all, Frank's hosting was second to none. He always had time to check in on/help us, and give us some great local recommendations. We are already thinking of returning. Thank you, Frank!

We had a fantastic time at Swallows Cottage! The welcome was very friendly, the quiet location was relaxing, and the lovely and comfy house has everything you need and more – especially the kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with everything. We really, really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again :)

What a beautiful place!! It felt right like home as soon as you entered the door. We listened to the sheep at night and in the morning. Everything was spotless and a great mattress. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Wonderful!!
