We spent a few incredible days in Pulpos. The place was spotless, super organized, and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the ocean waves from the place, a lot of peace was breathed. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without problems thanks to the good internet. A great plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place a lot. Would definitely recommend this house and come back enchanted 🫶🏽

Everything was excellent, quite taken care of the apartment and facilities and complete, only that there were no towels and a bit of strong humidity smell in the rooms, but ventilating a little was sorted

Beautiful apartment, super complete and super comfortable everything, Cristie responds very quickly to any questions and well friendly. Highly recommended if you want to spend a weekend or vacation on the beach with family or friends, the sea has direct access by stairs (3 floors of houses), you can grill on the depa, it has all the implements, there is everything nearby (as bodeguita nearby walking and restaurants tmb), everything is very good and nice 🫶🏻 recommended 🤝🏻 10/10

100% 👌 recommended. The hosts are very commendable and kind as they helped me carry my bags. They gave us a warm welcome. The clean and tidy place. The street is quiet and there are many places to eat around The rooms do not hear any noise from the street.

If you are planning a short stay in Lima, this is such a great place. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants of Lima, like Central. The apartment is also super quiet and the best super comfortable. Shower works perfectly and turns hot. Definitely recommend!

My stay with Ricardo was a positive one. Good communication and directions before and during the stay. He was generously flexible with an early check in and the building has 24 security to make the check in process very easy. The depto and the building are very well kept and clean with modern, newer fixtures. The building is very well secured at all hours. The zone has more of the flavor of real LatAm and not a tourist area. Everything you need is within walking distance, including access to the beach and I found it to be safe enough even while walking around at night.

We travel frequently and have been staying at AirBnB's since 2009. This AirBnB is on our TOP 10 EVER. I don't do these reviews often so two words... stay here.

Nice apartment, comfortable, with everything you need. And it has a spectacular view of the ocean. The host is always attentive and responds quickly. He was also very flexible in extending the departure time to celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday without any problems. 100% recommended.

This is a must to anyone visiting San Bartolo. Location is great close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Unit was great, very nice, amazing view, great for families spending their vacation. The host was great really helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

Unforgettable experience! I stayed in an oceanfront apartment and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view of the ocean from the terrace was simply spectacular, with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed to feel at home. Cleanliness and organization was spotless. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. All in all, a 10/10 lodging experience. ¡Totally recommended for those looking to relax in front of the sea!

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. A very cozy place, spacious enough for a weekend with the family or group of friends and the view is everything. The apartment is very well equipped, and there is security in the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Octavio's apartment was excellent for spending a few days in peace with my family. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Octavio and the doorman are always very attentive and willing to help. Recommended

We had an amazing stay at Manuel’s penthouse! The beach view from the apartment was absolutely stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
