Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, drinking water, hot water, cable. 300 meters from Los Farallones Beach and 700 meters from La Venturosa Beach where there is a reserved umbrella. Parking for 1 car (interior), up to 3 more cars outside. It also has a patera pool area and grill on the 3rd floor. Parties are not allowed. Families only. It's not part of a condominium.
