The complex is within walking distance to the bus stop and Frekhaug center with most daily service facilities. Here is beautiful nature with good opportunities for recreational activities such as hiking and fishing. The golf course on Fløksand, which is described as one of Europe's finest, is only 10 km away. About 5-8 minutes drive to Knarvik and about 30 minutes to Bergen city centre.

There is a 150 cm Jensen bed in the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 75 cm that can be set together. Parking for one car. No parties.

The landlord can, upon request, offer guided fishing or boat trips. There is also the possibility of renting a 16-foot boat with a 25 hp Honda outboard motor.
