From the residence it is walking distance to most amenities such as shops, gym,bus and hiking areas. In addition, a jacuzzi is set up that can be used. There are good sun conditions that mean that the middle summer is sunny until about 9 pm on the terrace, and even further down the garden. The home has four bedrooms and there is sleeping space for two families if anyone wants to vacation together

Only 35min drive to the center of the mountains, or 20min to the sartor center where they have both cinema, go-kart and mykje meir. Otherwise, there is a large garden with trampoline, disser, slide and there are many nice/easy trips in the nearby area. Is about 200 meters from the sea and about 2 km away from nice swimming area in fresh water. No pets and no partying allowed.
