Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you.
