The 18th Century Piggery Barn, renovated in 2024 is minutes walk from the village of Pateley Bridge in a quiet haven of Nidderdale, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Foxup House Barn
Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Hingabarn, a unique place in a unique location
A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is enveloped by woodland, fields and streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. A peaceful dog-friendly rural retreat with walks on your doorstep, exclusive use of the garden, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, and a wood-fired hot tub to relax in.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales
Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

The Lake House
The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Stonebeck Cottage - The Perfect Country Hideaway
A remote cottage with all the comforts needed for a quiet escape. A beautiful stone cottage, tucked away in the AONB and on the Nidderdale Way, it looks down Dale all the way to the stunning Gouthwaith reservoir. A luxury wood cabin situated in 3 acres of private ancient woodland. The cabin has been hand crafted using reclaimed materials from an old mill in Chester and is fully insulated. Experience the peace and tranquillity, watch the stars through the star gazing window; enjoy the views across Widdale Beck to the fells beyond and delight in watching red squirrels in nearby trees. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

The Mill, Rutter Falls,
Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
