The house is so charming! Very clean and with great amenities. The land around it is so peaceful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The location is great, surrounded by nature and not far from a beach.

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

The place was as described. We especially liked the fact that you can enter the water directly from the terrace. Everything was clean and conveniently set up, there were plenty of towels. It was also good that the bedrooms have air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. The house is a bit outdated, which you can see especially in the bathrooms. An improvement would be a few more sun loungers, there is only one.

What a cute house! It is as shown and described in the ad. In perfect condition with all the required amenities, situated within a quiet olive grove. The house is ideal if you want peace and isolation but at the same time it is just 5min away from Plytra (beach, tavernas) and Papadianika (bakeries, supermarkets). I totally recommend this place. Georgia is a lovely host eager to help you have a great holiday. She gave us valuable information for daily excursions and places to eat. Very friendly and professional.

The room was very clean with spotless sheets. The view was beautiful with a sea view just like in the photos. You can go to the beach and to eat on foot is all next. The calm area ideal for family and relaxation. It is a good choice for those who go around Pelloponnisos to stay here instead of Limeni Areopolis where prices escape and share the distance because it is just 45 minutes from Elafonisos giving the opportunity to be close to arrive early and avoid long queues on the boat. That's how we thought about it, and it was the best choice!

Had great holidays! The house is excellent and spacious with breathtaking sea view. Had fresh produce in the garden that we were able to use, from melons, watermelons, figs, cucumbers, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette, and more. Totally isolated for peace and calm but also 8 mins from 2 villages that you can get anything you might want. Sea sides are amazing and so many too choose (from 5 min , 10 min , 20 mins to 1 hour drive deep what you want)with clear blue waters. Also are many things to do for sightseeing with longest drive for the furthest to about 1 hour. Sotiris was amazing host and always available to answer any queries we had. For sure will come again.

This is the easiest five-star review I've ever given, and probably the best Air BNB I've ever stayed at. The place is absolutely incredible; right in Monemvasia. It's on one of the highest streets so that the balcony overlooks the whole town, and also no one is above you so it's quite private. Everything looks like the photos. You can easily walk the whole old town, and it's close by the stairway to the upper town as well. The listing says no kitchen, but there is actually everything you need including various coffees and makers, an element, and cups and cutlery (but I barely cooked because all the restaurants are very well priced and delicious). I couldn't recommend this place more!

We were warmly welcomed by Stavroula and her husband upon our arrival. After a short meeting, we were shown the house and the most important thing explained. What I particularly liked, Stavroula had already provided us with some groceries. I've been to many AirB&Bs, but this one was really exceptionally beautiful. The place is secluded. We enjoyed the night sky without light pollution, the sound of the sea and peace. The large garden has plenty of space for all kinds of activities. The sea is beautiful and you are almost alone on the beach. The house is fully equipped. Everything worked: oven, stove, two large refrigerators and three different coffee machines. The bedrooms were very stylish and equipped with air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, I haven't slept so well in a long time. It has two wet rooms. We will be happy to come back.
