This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. It is a controversy, but this is where two contradicting lifestyles meet. A warm welcome is awaiting you, with top quality products, gifts of the Ithacan land.

Villa Apoplous is a 70 m2 comfortable, traditional-style villa with excellent facilities for couples, families, or groups of friends. It is situated in an enviable seaside location in Assos, providing peace and tranquillity as well as spectacular uninterrupted sea views. It is a cosy and spacious accommodation with modern amenities that will make you feel at home. In 2024, we added a small pool of 2mX4m at the house entrance for extra service!

Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors. You can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony on the lower level or relax in the large patio on the top floor with some cocktails at night.
