We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

This was a really good experience. The place was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and the promenade. But most important they treat us like a family. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice with a great big terrace. We had towels, coffee, tea and a big bathroom. The location was also great, very close to the center and the beach.

Marie is very nice person and responsible host:) Always available if you have questions. The flat looks exactly like we expected. Clean , cozy and comfortable apartments.

A view to die for. Peaceful and the most fantastic view and sounds from the sea. Really nice house, everything is working and spotless and you live on the big fantastic terrace. There is also lots of space inside. We cooked a lot in the kitchen with everything you need. 2 min. drive to a lovely beach and we did lots of hiking to the church at the top of the Mountain - you are all alone and walk during the most beautiful olive grove. We could have stayed for weeks - the place is really good for your soul ♥️ But the most important is Niki and her husbond. The most welcoming couple who care for you. They spoil you with goodies from their kitchen and they want to help with everything. Fantastic people. If you do not speak Greek, then bring your electronic translator and it works perfect. The lovely daughter Anna is also helpful in english. Finally - it is the best AirBnB We have stayed in during our year travel.

Jannis organized the handover superbly! The apartment was easy to find and very clean. The balcony is great! That's the holiday spirit!!! Unfortunately, we overlooked that the apartment was to be handed over at 12:00 noon... clearly OUR mistake!

We had an amazing time at Iliass place. He was super helpful and responded right away. Afytos is a one of a kind place and we will definitely be coming back!

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

A simple apartment with everything you need. It's easy to walk to the bus stop or just walk around town. Not too noisy. A grocery store is right downstairs which is very convenient. I would recommend! It was clean and private for an affordable price in an affordable location. Just what I needed for my stay. I was comfortable and the area seemed to be very safe.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had a wonderful time and felt completely comfortable! The apartment was an absolute dream – very clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the two wonderful balconies and the cozy bed, in which we slept wonderfully. The location was fantastic – quiet and yet well connected. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, you felt welcome right away. We will be happy to come back!

Very good apparently located in the heights of the city but in a very nice neighborhood! The apartment is very well equipped ( 2 tv one in the living room and one in the children's room) . In addition: free private parking! 20 min walk from the old town and 25 min from the city center. For the very simple return: bus for only 0.60 euros or taxi ( about 5 euros from the center) I would recommend it without a second thought!
