Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

We're inside a lovely gated campground community with full amenities @ the Club House: Wi-Fi, pool, fishing n crabbing, boat ramp, laundry, and bath houses. The Bug-a-Boo is a lovely single dwelling home. It is ADA handicap accessible. There's an outdoor fire pit and space for camping. We are 20 miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge with miles of protected beaches. This is a peaceful place for soul searching & social distancing. We are also 42 mi from Assateague Is. Nat. Seashore.

Private cottage and gardens, comfortable Queen bed, full bath and kitchenette, within walking distance to historic Snow Hill. 30 min. drive to Ocean city and Assateague Island National park. This cottage was once a old school woodworking shop which is now on display at the old iron furnace town museum nearby. This beautiful three hundred year old town sits on the beautiful Pocomoke river with canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Museums, art galleries, speciality shops, food and entertainment.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Make-shift kitchen with microwave, small fridge, stoked Keuring coffee and tea bar, shared patio cooking area, bbq grill, fantastic view, beach items, plenty of parking, very quiet, out of the way of everything, super laid back host living in the other portion of the house. There is no living room. Labradors and cats on premises, ponies too!
