Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Beautiful cottage, near Cagliari. Quiet neighborhood. Daniele is very friendly and was already waiting for us upon arrival. Good bed and nice bathroom.

Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

We had wonderfull time. We were 3 families, each has 2 small kids. The garden is briliant for the kids. They have swings inside the garden and the whole garden is behind the fence, so u dont have to worry about kids. It was like a little heaven on earth.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!!
