Lærerindens lille byhus - in the heart of beautiful Assens, a lovely market town with charming cafes, shops, and a marina/beach/harbor. The house is 87 m2 and has a great atmosphere. Ground floor: a kitchen with equipment for general cooking, a dining room, a new bathroom from March 2026, and a living room with a good sofa bed (120 cm), a large TV, games, books, and various information about the city and surrounding area. The first floor has two nice bedrooms (4*90 beds), a toilet, and a storage room. Lovely patio with outdoor furniture. Enjoy a lovely weekend or holiday in my house: -)

Cozy townhouse by the beach and city

Enjoy a few days in Assens and the surrounding area. Beautiful beaches and wonderful nature. Marindalstranden is 2 minutes from the house. The garden is absolutely fantastic. The size of a badminton court. A lovely terrace where there is almost always shade. The living room is cozy as the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all in one, so everyone can interact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. You are allowed to use various spices, candles, coffee, and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Beliggende i det idylliske Thorøhuse, en gammel fiskerby med naturhavn, kun 2 km fra Assens. Huset har stor terrasse med udsigt til vandet, havemøbler, orangeri, 2 liggestole og grill er tilgængelig. Der er gode bade-, kajak-, vindsurfing-, kitesurfing-, undervandsjagt-, fiske- og vandremuligheder lige uden for døren samt de smukkeste solnedgange.

Large terrace with parasol and furniture. The house is nicely simply decorated with an open kitchen.
