Logement indépendant entièrement rénové à neuf niché entre vignes et forêts. Départ des promenades dans les vignes et forêts au pied du gîte. Maison idéalement située dans un village viticole (18) au cœur du Sancerrois à 5kms de l'itinéraire de la Loire à vélo. Église du village classée monument historique. Visite des domaines viticoles avec dégutation à 200 mètres du gîte. Un branchement pour voiture électrique /hybride est disponible sur demande et moyennant participation de 10€ par jour.

At Karine's cottage

This charming wooden chalet is conducive to relaxation. A beautiful flowered terrace and its hanging baskets invite you to connect with nature... birds... deer... to observe. A stream flows quietly behind the chalet and can be secured. Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the castles of the Loire... Guedelon Castle 35 minutes away... make a stop at the Briare Canal or enjoy the panoramic view of Sancerre 40 minutes away... The Loire by bike is 10 minutes from the chalet.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

Coeur Sancerrois, beautiful country house typical of the strong country of 350 m². On a 1200 m² garden, this house consists of: - on the ground floor, 1 reception room of 80 m² with fireplace, 1 large kitchen of 50 m², 1 bathroom and separate toilet. - on the 1st floor, 5 double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Foosball, pool table, bar darts. Outside, a garden and beautiful south-facing terraces, a slide, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a pétanque court.

Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

2 hours from Paris, this little piece of heaven is located in the strong country of Cher, small chalet on 4 hectares fully enclosed, beautiful pond of 8000 m2 fish (pike, carp, tench, roach…) and small woods. This place is unique, guaranteed tranquility, a real disconnection! Located not far from Sancerre, Gien, Briare and its canal bridge, Guédelon (40kms)…. Cozy cottage, covered terrace with gas bbq…. Everything for a pleasant stay in the heart of nature.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. "La Homerie" Cottage in the heart of nature

"La Homerie" is a very beautiful 220 m2 thatched cottage surrounded by nature, facing a 1.8 hectare pond. Wooded park, forest and terrace with barbecue. Composed of a ground floor with equipped kitchen and large living room, as well as a floor with bathroom and bedrooms. Very quiet, rest assured, unique in the area. In case of pets, please ask us beforehand. The house is non-smoking. Ideal base for visiting Sancerre! Fishing rights not included.

This authentic 16th century house, charming and bright, has all the comforts you need, and can accommodate 4 guests. Close to the historic center, close to the town hall, the "Cœur de France" language school, restaurants and shops. This characterful accommodation offers a warm decor and a small terrace. Located in the heart of Sancerre, its "fil d'Ariane" leads the pedestrian visit, through the different tourist sites, enjoy the peak on foot.
