The Wood's House between Umbria and Tuscany

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Built in medieval times on the remains of the Roman Amphitheater steps, the house offers small portions of exposed Roman walls inside. From the rooms, on the upper floor, you can enjoy a suggestive panorama dominated by the Rocca Minore and what remains of the same Amphitheater. All around is the oldest district of Assisi, characterized by alleys, squares and medieval houses. A part of the city unknown to most but suggestive and pleasant to discover.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

My private accommodation is in a residential area adjacent to the walls of the historic center, 5 minutes from the city center, supermarket and bar 50 meters away, free parking next to the house. You will love my place because of its location and atmosphere. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Air conditioning on request to be paid as an extra!

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
