Beautiful apartment in a quiet street just around the corner from St Clare‘s church. Easy to wheel cases from the main gate of the old town. Great location - can walk everywhere. Really lovely place to stay.

We stayed at Zena’s place for a week and had a great time. You can tell the place is looked after with a lot of love and care. The surroundings are super peaceful — it really felt like stepping into a little hidden paradise. A perfect escape from the noise of everyday life.

Everything about our stay was superb. The host was kind, responsive, and made both check-in and check-out effortless. The apartment was easy to find and ideally located for exploring Umbria. The internet was fast, and essential amenities—including a grocery store and a cozy bar serving coffee and pastries—were just a short walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed, with a lovely view of Assisi from the balcony. We truly had nothing to complain about—this is a place we’d happily return to for both short and long stays. A tip for visiting Assisi: take the local bus from the nearby train station—it’s just a few minutes’ walk. For dining in Santa Maria degli Angeli, we recommend: La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli (homemade food with a relaxed, authentic vibe) and La Pregiutteria Casa Norcia (a more refined experience with excellent atmosphere and flavors). This Airbnb is highly recommended!

The apartment is as described, tidy and clean; the possibility of parking in the courtyard of the house, in a space protected by a gate is really a great thing. Angela was very kind and provided us with precise and valuable directions. We often go to Assisi, we will gladly return to this house

Marzia's house is a real treat for those who want to spend a few days in peace and tranquility. I really recommend visiting us, it is lost in the middle of nowhere, but still easily accessible with specific from the address provided directly by Marzia. I recommend the hammock under the stars and a good coffee overlooking the hill in the early morning. We will be back very soon because such an experience is certainly worth repeating!

Our stay in Spello was truly unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the charming piazza kennedy, and we were lucky to be there during the stunning Infiorata festival—watching the intricate floral carpets being created right below our balcony was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made it a perfect retreat whether the weather was warm or cool. A special thank you to our host, Ferruccio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up at the Spello station due to the heat, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Franco's for 5 nights and had a great time. The accommodation is brand new and equipped with every comfort. It is located in a central but quiet position, close to trattorias and shops, a stone's throw from the basilica and the bus that leads to Assisi, on the "mattonata" which is the pilgrimage route to Assisi. It is also an excellent starting point for visiting the heart of Umbria: Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Todi, Foligno are a short distance away. Great value too. We highly recommend it and hope to return. We stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It's located just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to the historic center, which made exploring the city very convenient. Simone is a fantastic host—very attentive and helpful. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength!
