Welcome to La Coquette, a charming stone house in the heart of La Roque-Gageac, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Enjoy stunning Dordogne valley views, nearby cafés, shops, and riverside walks. From the house watch hot-air balloons at sunrise and enjoy sunsets in the evening. This warm and inviting home blends traditional character with modern comforts, all in a soothing atmosphere. Close to Sarlat, Domme, Beynac, and more, it’s an ideal base for a romantic getaway or family vacation.

The Boulevard in Beaulieu

An ancient exterior, a modern interior. Our house was built on the ancient fortification wall of the Abbey. These 12th century walls are a feature throughout the house, and keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have plenty of natural light, quality furniture, and all the homely comforts you need on your holiday. Only a 5 minute stroll to the river, 1 minute to bakeries and the village centre. The 11th century Abbey is behind our house, so only a short walk to go and explore.

On the heights of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, recently ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", in the heart of the small quiet and peaceful village of Sioniac, let the sound of bells and roosters' crowing punctuate your days. This charming house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) typical of the half-timbered houses has been renovated by us. You'll be just a 5-minute drive to the center of Beaulieu, its shops and access to the Dordogne (2.5 km).
