The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.

An ideal vacation spot: a beautiful and spacious house of over 140 m2, a huge green field with the friendly presence of Napoleon the donkey and Maazai the pottok.
