Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Astoria

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Wir haben uns die der Villa von Júlia sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben ein Wochenende in Familie mit 3 Generationen (10 Personen) dort verbracht. Die Betten sind gemütlich und stabil. Es gibt 3 Bäder, auf jeder Etage eins. Das war sehr nützlich, niemand in der Familie musste lange am Bad anstehen ;). Für große Partys ist dieses Objekt nicht geeignet. Es ist laut Hausordnung nicht erlaubt und es gibt auch nicht genug Gemeinschaftsraum dafür. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und eher wohlhabend, sodass bei zu lauten Festen bestimmt schnell die Polizei vor der Tür steht ;). Für uns als Familie, die Budapest sehen wollte, war es damit perfekt. Alle hatten Platz, es gibt eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. In der Küche konnten wir recht gut zu zehnt zusammen frühstücken, indem wir uns mit den Stühlen und Hockern aus dem Haus um den Küchentisch versammelt haben. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und einen echten Bäcker, der frisches Brot bäckt. Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, aber dennoch sehr gut, um mit dem Auto schnell nach Budapest zu kommen – ideal für unseren Städtetrip. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen tollen Bäcker mit super leckeren Brötchen, den können wir nur empfehlen! Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine Park in der Nähe – perfekt für einen Spaziergang mit den Hunden. An einem Abend saßen wir draußen im Garten und hörten den Fröschen zu. Wir sind zufrieden und dankbar für die schöne Zeit.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

A beautiful and spacious home perfect for our two families on holiday. We loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Minden a megbeszéltek szerint történt. András mindig azonnal a válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. A házban minden rendben volta. A medence az udvaron nagyon jó volt. Nagyon tetszett hogy tényleg privát nem lat szomszéd a házra grill szuper. Mi szülinapot tartottunk es minden nagyon élveztünk. Augusztusba vissza térünk egy hétvégére ismét.

Чудове помешкання і чарівні господарі! Це місце ідеально підходить для сімей з дітьми - дуже чисто, меблі і зручності в ідеальному стані, є всі зручності для маленьких дітей і іграшки. Мої діти одразу по приїзду почали гратися на подвір'ї (гойдалки і батут). Сходи на другий поверх широкі і зручні, моя дитина 3 років самостійно безпечно спускалася і піднімалася. Господарі були дуже люб'язні і допомогли вирішити всі питання. При нагоді будемо раді сюди повернутися.

Apartment is in great central location, but still very quiet as it is in a courtyard. All the main budapest sights are pretty much walkable. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Peter very kindly accommodated a little earlier check-in and later check-out time. A great airbnb experience, would highly recommend.

Nice apartment in an incredibly central location - 3 minute walk to tons of transit, 5-10 minute walk to Jewish quarter, 5 minute walk to the Danube river - but it's incredibly quiet in the apartment. Great stay.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le séjour dans l'appartement. La vue est belle depuis la terrasse: idéale pour votre yoga matinal. Le.logement est spacieux et très bien situé. Linda a trouvé une solutions pour nos valises car le train partait seulement à 15h. tout était parfait pour nous.

Had a great stay at Katalins lovely apartment right in the centre of town. Right from the start, Katalin gave very precise instructions on how to get there and check in and we had no problem despite a slight handicap as all road signs and public transit signs were in Hungarian. The apartment itself was very well furnished with all necessary amenities and extremely clean and well organised. The way it had been decorated, one felt that it was a home and not just an Airbnb. Located very close to major sights in the city and with excellent access to the Budapest public transit systems, we loved the apartment and would stay there again when we visit Budapest

This place exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The home was spotlessly clean and even better than the pictures—which is rare to find on Airbnb. Communication was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out was incredibly easy and well explained. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

A wonderful gem in Budapest! The apartment is gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed. Tibor’s books of recommended restaurants was so helpful and informative. Saved me asking him a lot of questions 😉. We walked everywhere as it’s a perfect location for walks to museums, baths, important sights, cafes and restaurants, as well as lots of shopping options a few minutes in either direction. Four days wasn’t enough time to explore everything but we saw a lot. Thanks for a perfect experience in Budapest!

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 호스트께서 얼리 체크인을 허락해주셔서 일정에 여유가 생겼고, 피드백도 매우 빠르고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그런데도 가장 감동적이었던 건 **“위치가 정말, 너무너무 좋았다”**는 점이에요! 부다페스트 시내 중심지에 위치해 있어 관광지, 맛집, 대중교통, 쇼핑까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능했습니다. 부다페스트를 여행한다면 이 위치만큼 완벽한 곳은 없다고 생각해요. 최고의 입지 조건입니다! 다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 청소 상태였습니다. 세탁기 세제 투입구와 주방 싱크대 주변에 약간의 기름때와 찌꺼기가 남아 있었던 점은 조금 더 신경 써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 좋은 숙소 덕분에 부다페스트에서 매우 편하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

Nagyon kellemes szállás! A lakás tiszta, csendes, és modern, külön kiemelném a szép, igényes fürdőszobát. Nagy előny, hogy a mélygarázsban biztosított a parkolóhely, ez Budapesten különösen értékes. A belváros könnyen besétálható, de Bolt alkalmazással is olcsón (kb. 2500–3200 Ft) elérhetőek a főbb nevezetességek, mint például a Halászbástya vagy az Állatkert. Ezek gyalog is megközelíthetők, bár kicsit hosszabb sétával. Összességében nagyon ajánlom!

Everything was perfect, communication with Marta was great, appartment was super clean and located in beautiful area in the center.

Amazing location on the Buda side. Very convenient. Right bt Chain Bridge. And the back deck looks right st the Buda palace dome.

It’s definitely a recommendation I would made to my friends if they come to Budapest. The apartment is actually more than it was described. It has spacious room for 2 -3person, and the balcony is open for great view,not to mention the excellent location and free parking. It’s so convenient for us to get the metro,bus,grocery’s store,good restaurants,etc,while we also get quiet space when we back to the house .we spent really great 2nights here,and it would definitely be my choice if we come back next time!

Ubytovanie sme si vybrali na základe štýlu a vynikajúcej polohy (blízkosť metra, blízkosť pamiatok). Tiež sme uvítali možnosť parkovania. Hostiteľ Ben nám dal presné inštrukcie a preto proces ubytovania prebehol úplne hladko a všetko sme hravo našli. Tiež nám bol nápomocný k tipom na stravovanie a posedenie v meste. veľmi si vážime prístup.. odporúčame!

The house was in a very central location. It was on the main street and very clean. Every detail had been considered. The information was very clear and concise. We felt comfortable as if we were at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering it.
