Holiday rentals with beach access in Astúrias Beach

we were amazed by the APT, very spacious, airy, great location. Everything I needed I found here in the APT. utensils, microwave, not to mention the barbecue which is fantastic. great INTERNET support, market, wine cellar, bakery, snack bar, tobacco shop....speechless, great, great, great. Finally, ELÍSIO was super attentive and the reception was very well organized and very friendly. Now we just have to schedule a new trip and we will definitely be back soon 🙏🙏

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! My boyfriend and I made the reservation in less than 24 hours for check-in, we talked to Drausio, he was very requested, super polite and allowed us to enter before the time advertised on the site, he also gave us other information about whats to facilitate communication. We stayed for 4 days in the apartment, we love the location, the tranquility of the beach and the service of the condominium employees. The apartment is really like in the pictures, we felt at home, it was great! Only one issue that left us a little discouraged at the time we arrived was the smell of wood/mold (we believe that it is because it is older and closed for several days), but we left everything open and the smell practically disappeared.

Juliana from the beginning proved to be super proactive and receptive. We celebrated the anniversaries between friends and everything was perfect. We received cupcake at check-in and we were still able to extend the check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems to be, to make everything walking. Very empathetic and partner. We will definitely return more often!

The house is large and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I took a bad weather weekend, but I loved the beach of Guaiuba. I'm already planning to come back.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
