Holiday rentals with beach access in Guarujá

We had a wonderful hosting experience in Guarujá! The place is super clean, organized and very cozy. Alex was extremely kind and polite, he received us with great affection and attention. We felt at home from the first moment! The location is excellent, close to everything and with easy access to the beaches, which are simply beautiful. The apartment is calm, no noise, ideal for those who travel with family and seek tranquility. We love the stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything is wonderful. There is nothing to complain about, we will certainly return. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

We like it very much, everything close , we don't use a car for nothing, we did everything on foot, excellent location! Super functional and cozy apartment. We very much like Denilson's pizzeria two streets behind the building. It was all great, I recommend it!

We were delighted with the coverage! The property is exactly as in the pictures: spacious, clean and very well equipped. The private pool was an incredible differential, perfect for relaxing after the beach. The two suites are comfortable and guarantee privacy, ideal for families or couples. The location is excellent, close to Praia da Enseada, with a supermarket and pharmacy a few steps, as well as easy access for those who come from outside. The check-in and check-out were super quiet. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Reginaldo's house is wonderful, an excellent place to rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, safe. The house is beautiful, everything was in order, the number of rooms( all suite) facilitated the distribution among the family. I loved my stay in this space, an excellent place to spend a few days in Santos, close to everything and facing the beach, my husband and I were extremely pleased and even wanting to move there hahaha, we will return for sure!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.
