This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! Great reception, excellent stay, very organized, clean house complete with all kitchen utensils. Daniel and Daiane are super attentive. I recommend it to all guests.

The apartment faces the beach, whoever is, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc.)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, all very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! I intend to return

About our Carnival hosting, it was really nice! Danielly very helpful, people of the very friendly building with the whole family. The very nice apartment itself, everyone liked it. Excellent rooms, the living room is immense. Full kitchens for all meals. Very nice beach service.

It was awesome!!! Passeis a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is simply perfect, you look like you're at sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and is exactly like in the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the shops. The staff of the building were also very nice with my family. About Walmy, he was from the very first moment very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had incredible family moments and we'll be back for sure. I highly recommend!!!

The view is incredible, and the structure of the apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

we were amazed by the APT, very spacious, airy, great location. Everything I needed I found here in the APT. utensils, microwave, not to mention the barbecue which is fantastic. great INTERNET support, market, wine cellar, bakery, snack bar, tobacco shop....speechless, great, great, great. Finally, ELÍSIO was super attentive and the reception was very well organized and very friendly. Now we just have to schedule a new trip and we will definitely be back soon 🙏🙏

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.
