La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Located just above the Llumeres cliff, with privileged and direct views of the Peñas Lighthouse, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. LamiCasina is in an exceptional natural setting. Sea and mountain.

Very cozy house situated in the middle of town. Perfectly conditioned, insulated and heated in all rooms and a living room with a fireplace. Quiet area with no vehicle crossing. Serivifications of supermarket, bars, restaurants 100 meters away. 14 km from the ski resorts of Fuentes de Invierno and San Isidro, 50 km from Oviedo and 70 km from Gijón and the coast. Spa "La Mineria" 1 km away. A village nestled in a natural environment, with a variety of mountain routes and a great gastronomic offer.

The house was built in 1896 by my great grandparents and was recently fully renovated and restored back to a modern gem. Stylish place, perfect for group trips. Entire 2-story house, recently renovated with quality features, a mix of tradition and modernity. Space for 6 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and very well-equipped kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor) and ski storage. Quiet area. You can park on the street at the door. Located 10 minutes from the ski resorts, a motorbike area in summer, and mountain and bike trails in the area.

Thanks to its exceptional location, in the center of Potes but in a quiet residential area, surrounded by trees and views of the Picos de Europa, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Located next to the Deva River Trail and with access to it a few meters away, you can get to the old town of Potes, enjoy the cuisine in nearby restaurants and cafes. Perfect base for routes through the Picos de Europa and hiking on nearby trails, such as Campañana or Camino Viejo

El Balcón de Felicitas

The house is located in the town of Lago de Babia,in the province of León and the region of Babia,a very special place for its landscape,fauna and vegetation,since it is a Natural Park. From the same house you can walk to the Lagoon (a magical place due to its history,which I will tell you if you decide to come). There are other routes that you should do either walking or by bike:Laguna de las Verdes,the Lake of Somiedo,the Fountains of the Sil, Ubiña environment,Lake Chao .

Rustic house in Rioseco, Sobrescobio, one of the two municipalities that make up the wonderful Redes Natural Park. Quiet and cozy space, fully equipped and recently renovated. It has two floors: First floor with an open kitchen and living room and one bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed upstairs. Location in the center of the town and multiple services a few meters around: Free parking, grocery store, ATM or municipal swimming pool.

Rural apartment in Isoba, 10 minutes by car from Puebla de Lillo, and 5 minutes by car from the Winter Station of San Isidro (León) and Fuentes de Invierno (Asturias). Located in a quiet environment where you can enjoy hiking trails and swimming in the pools, as well as being a perfect destination for mountain bike lovers. Both Isoba and Puebla de Lillo have a wide variety of hiking and mountain biking trails. It has a private garage.
