Apartamento de 2 habitaciones con vistas a la montaña, salón, comedor, una habitación matrimonial y la otra con dos camas personales. Baño completo con plato de ducha y secador de pelos. Por cortesía se suministra champú, gel, papel higiénico y gel de mano, la reposición a cargo del huésped. Incluye ropa de cama y de baño que se cambia cada tercer día a petición del inquilino. Las toallas de la habitación no van a la zona de spa, hay disponible servicio de alquiler de toallones de piscina o albornoz. Aproximadamente unos 60 m2, con cocina equipada para la cantidad de huéspedes del alojamiento. Posibilidad de añadir cama supletoria por un suplemento y bajo disponibilidad. Los masajes tanto individuales como en pareja se abonan al finalizar. Cottage from 1900s restored, old cider press facility (lagar). Available for 8 adults and 4 children. Small Paradise for enjoying the nature and disconnect from daily stress, very peaceful place. Situated into a protected forest belonging to Villaviciosa council (Asturias), inside the Cider production region, and 800m close to Playa España beach (at 12 minutes by foot). To let weekly the whole villa and stay almost during 1 week or more, checkin only on saturday or sunday. Pets not accepted.

Detached house with a large heated jacuzzi in a glazed garden cabin, on the outskirts of Oviedo (4.5 km), with a small seasonal pool. This is a family home: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Mountain views and hiking routes right from the house. It has barbecues, a fully equipped gym with TV and sauna, a trampoline, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of games and video games. Equipped like what it truly is: our own home. Well-behaved pets that already live together are welcome (Fully fenced grounds).

Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops 1 mile from the house.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
