Holiday rentals with beach access in Astypalea

Thanasis is a great host. As it is located above the café & restaurant you have locally a real nice group of people to help too. Thanasis reply fast and give us prompt or helpful answer. I recommended to stay in the heart of the island, with a beach view. One of the best supermarket in the corner.

We stayed at Anne's beautiful house for a week and we really, really loved it. It is a traditional old house right under the old castles walls in the main town of the island called Chora. It is renovated and very spacious. The interior and the decoration is very cozy and you can see Anne's love for Greece and Astypalea in every detail. The house gives you a very warm feeling and we felt like it was our own home. Also the location is perfect, it has a stunning view from the balcony, it is somehow safe from stronger winds and it is mostly perfectly quiet. The towns center is less than 5 minutes by foot so you can easily go to the supermarket or get your breakfast. And on your way you come across all those little "paths" and stairs that connect all of the houses in Chora which is just amazing. Anne, our stay was really wonderful. We enjoyed it very, very much. Thank you! P.s. It's also recommended for people who work remotely since there was a big table and good internet.

A beautiful, quiet location overlooking Livadi Beach. Right in the middle of 7 or 8 restaurants and still remarkably quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable covered terrace for dining and relaxing with an upper uncovered terrace for lying in the sun. Maria , the perfect host, still able to run the best restaurant in Astypalea always looked after us. Either in the apartment or dining on the beachfront. Everything is catered for with a supermarket next door that has everything and run by the friendliest family you will ever meet. You are made to feel welcome by all at Parathinalos Beach House and Livadi Beach. Highly, highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment with a narrow but awesome view. We had a little trouble finding the address but if you put in Gerani Delux Suites it is in that block. Veranda has a gorgeous sunrise. Very helpful having milk, cheese, wine and biscuits! The furnishings are simple and elegant. The AC took about 3 minutes to start but worked well. Lovely breeze coming through. Easy uphill walk to the windmills and the resteraunts at the top, about a 15 minute downhill walk to the town below. Overall a very pleasant experience! Frosso is lovely too!

A very comfortable apartment with a superb view of the sea, the host was very nice, beautiful beaches, good coffee and restaurant nearby, the surrounding landscapes are very beautiful too.

Thanks to Katarina and Nikos for this stay which was really nice. Indeed it is a small Oasis in the middle of Anafi, you will find tranquility but above all the kindness and discretion of Katarina. The photos and description of the rooms are accurate, the whole is particularly well maintained and you will have stunning views of Chora. Come without hesitation, you will have a very pleasant stay. Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

The apartment was more than we could have expected! Beautiful beach side location with a clean, modern and comfortable interior. Everything you could need was provided. Dionysia was at hand to answer questions and give recommendations. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We hired a car but it would be easy enough to get around. 5 stars

The property is superbly equipped and offers a breathtaking view of the small port of Kamari. Giannis was easily accessible at all times, responded quickly and sent us all the important information three days before arrival. One small point that surprised us a little: One of the main reasons we booked this place was the impression in the photos that it is completely alone on the hill. In fact, however, another apartment is attached right next to it (at the same height). This allows you to see and hear each other well when you sit on the balcony, as the distance is quite small. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A well appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Ideal for a couple - would possibly be tight on space for more adults. Géraldine was very responsive and helpful. She met us from the ferry, assisted us with a car hire booking and accompanied us to the accommodation.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Yiannis was an excellent host. Warm and so responsive, it made such a difference to our stay. Wr had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the water and what is in my view the most stunning corner of Katapola, with a beautiful church and quieter beaches a few steps away, yet also near wonderful shops and restaurants. I found the building next to the house quite oppressive and it limited the view snd light somewhat - there is nothing Yiannis could have done about this. And we made this work fine for us by enjoying the balcony for the morning sun, and the stunning view of the harbour at night, and spending more of the day out and about in natural light. A wonderful stay - Yiannis couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you so much. We already miss Amorgos and would love to come back.

This was the most perfect place to stay and was like paradise. The views from the balcony were awesome and probably the best on the island. The island is beautiful and very unspoilt although I would recommend your hire a car to get around. The apartment was very modern and was very well equipped. Our host could not of been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for the most wonderful stay and we will see you next year. Tracey and Mark

Anna is a wonderful host, very communicative, thoughtful and kind - she baked fresh cookies which was a lovely touch. Her apartment is beautifully located and designed, extremely comfortable and the rooftop terrace is a real bonus. We definitely hope to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

We had the most fantastic time here! Every detail was so thoughtful, from local snacks to beach towels. We would 100% stay here again, the location is fantastic, the view is stunning, and we felt truly looked after! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!

Great little place in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. A perfect oasis in Pothia. Easy 10-15 walk to restaurants and shops and the port.

Incredible location. Never stayed somewhere so close to the beautiful ocean:)
