In short, the apartment was more than wonderful and everything exceeded my expectations in terms of credibility in photos, cleanliness, location, security and dealing. Khaledullah Yafakah and Um Ahmed, the resident, may Allah be pleased with it, is worthy of evaluation above the excellent and true first time, but it is definitely not the last time ..

The place is very spacious and neat, it looks like the pictures and can fit four people. It’s a smart home and has air conditioning in every room. I really enjoyed staying there and would definitely book it again when in Cairo. Yeram, the host is very friendly and responsive, he made our check-in and check-out process very easy and was always checking in to make sure we have everything we need.

The apartment was perfectly located in the middle of cafes, retsaurants and markets. Everything within a walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! First of all, the location is amazing — it’s in a very quiet and clean area, which made it feel like a true getaway. The host, Peter, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful both before check-in and even after I checked out, which I really appreciated. The place itself is spotless, well-organized, and looks exactly like the photos. I also loved the thoughtful gesture of the complimentary snacks and water — it made me feel very welcome. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back!

This Airbnb is truly a 15/10. The host was truly amazing, and very helpful. I had lost my bag in the uber and I asked her to call the number uber provided, although she could not reach them but she still took the time to make that call and tried to get my item back. She’s answer all of your questions at a very timely manner and truly just very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you, you feel cared for. The place was very clean, no dirt in sight, the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms all were spectacular. The place is in new Cairo, in a gated community. It is also close to a mall that is 6 mins away where you can do your shopping and etc… I would book this place with no hesitations.

Mr Ahmed - he is a gem & has a heart of gold. His home? Beautiful, spotless & above all exactly the way it's shown on pictures. Other hosts will not show everything, but Mr Ahmed has over 70 pics & he includes EVERYTHING! He includes little snacks around the home for you to enjoy along with amenities such as tea & coffee. I felt it was a beautiful touch. His home - was like my home. Mr Ahmed as a host - what can i say? Always responsive and always went above and beyond! On our second night, there was a major water leak in the compound which caused an outage in all the homes. Mr Ahmed was there all the way through, updating us and then offering another place to stay when things weren't improving. The space provided limits me going in detail, but I want to say for Mr Ahmed, it is not about the money - it is about the experience and when someone focuses on the experience, you know you will be treated amazingly. Stop looking for another place, i promise nothing tops Mr Ahmed's home

This was our family’s first airbnb experience and we were very pleased. Dr Mohamed was very friendly and respectful. Madam Souad was also very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was a very seamless process. The place is very clean and close to City Stars shopping Centre, which was a key feature. We will be back for sure.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!! The place itself is gorgeous, the view is out of this world. Waking up and putting the blinds up to have a full unobstructed view of the pyramids was priceless. The staff were amazing so helpful with every aspect. Everyone just wanted to help and make us feel at home as much as possible and we did! I will 1000% be booking this place on my next trip to Egypt.

The host was very friendly and welcoming and I felt like home! I was surprised how easy was to check in and to find the airbnb as it has an exact adress and easy to find. The apartment is impeccably clean and I was welcomed with some sweets and drinks too! I will be coming back to them when I have the chance

Assalam Alaykum A five-room apartment was rented from Mr. George for two days. I would like to discuss the issue of renting from two perspectives. First: The host, Mr. George, who overwhelmed us with his good reception and prepared all the conditions to make our stay special in his apartment. Therefore, Mr. George deserves to be distinguished as a host. Second: The apartment was rented for only two days because there are many advertisements for apartments, but their reality is contrary to the pictures. When we arrived at the apartment, we found it much more beautiful than the pictures, so the period was extended for only one day because there was another reservation for the same apartment. Therefore, I recommend renting the apartment, as it is a beautiful and comfortable residence in every sense of the word.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great time, the apartment is as pictured. It is close to the airport and not too far from the city center which is convenient for short stays. Big plus for the Xuru Stay team is very responsive if any issues come up. Please feel free to book. I recommend it 100%.

I feel truly positive regarding the apartment. I made a good decision to choose for my stay. the apartment was good and also location was appropriate for me to reach my.destinations quite easily. only thing I want to.mention that the light system was not sufficient in the house, as I seemed dark in rooms. some fine bright light should be adopted. Overall...it was fantastic!!!
