Die besten Gastgeber! Danke für alles. Paula war super süß und hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt . Tolle Tipps und Informationen haben sie uns vorher schon geschrieben. Die Wohnung ist TOP! Alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Tee, Strandutensilien, Honig, Pfeffer Salz usw. Duschgel Shampoo, Strandtücher und genügend Handtücher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Sue war von Anfang an sehr gut, sie hat schnell geantwortet und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, sie hat uns einen Standort geschickt , so dass wir die Wohnung schnell und problemlos gefunden haben und die Wohnung war genau so , wie in der Annonce beschrieben , perfekte Lage , wer Strand und Restaurant in die Ecke , genialer Blick auf Strand und Hafen. Die Einrichtung war sauber und in einem super Zustand . Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gern. Das Team um Sue ist einmalig . Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal

Thank you for letting us stay here, the place was absolutely lovely and accommodated me and my friends so well. A massive thanks to the hosts too as they done their all for us and helped us every time we needed it. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the port and everything was easily accessible. We had a lovely time :)

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

Un super séjour ! les hôtes sont très disponibles et réactifs. Emplacement vraiment parfait de cet appartement. Le logement était très propre et très bien équipé. rien à dire nous avons passé un super moment je recommande à fond !!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

We recently stayed here as a group of 11 for a hen do. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, old town etc and a short uber ride to Puerto banus. Villa was very clean and well presented. We used the transfer service which was reasonably priced. We also used the BBQ service which was lovely. Rafael is such a responsive and helpful host and after a missed flight and us not arriving until much later than expected he was so helpful in re arranging our transfers and arranging for us to get into the villa outside of the usual check in time. Thank you Rafael, we highly recommend your villa.

Stunning location with sea views. The apartment has everything you need. I would like to make a special mention of Jacques. Fabulously friendly, always in touch, gave helpful advice and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Vi hade en underbar vecka med vår familj i detta fantastiska hus. Generösa sällskapsytor, bra kök, jättefina sovrum med badrum. Väldigt lyxig känsla. Uteområdet och poolen är perfekt att umgås och njuta av, både på dag o kväll. Utsikten är underbar. Morgonkaffet med utsikt över Medelhavet och Gibraltarklippan var bästa starten på dagen. Från köket en underbar utsikt över berget. De stora fönsterna gör att man njuter av omgivningarna hela tiden. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn (3 och 5 år). Här var gott om plats till oss alla att både umgås men också ha utrymme för att kunna vara för sig själva. Närhet till havet o Estepona var också ett plus. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vecka och kontakten med Carolien som alltid svarade snabbt och var hjälpsam.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

Piso super amplio y bonito, todo muy cuidado lleno de detalles, en conclusión...lujo. La ubicación inmejorable, en pleno puerto banus y la urbanización espectacular. El equipo de MBS estuvo siempre atento a cualquier dudad que me surgió.

To najpiękniejszy apartament, w jakim kiedykolwiek się zatrzymaliśmy. Jest wyjątkowy, czysty, nowoczesny, z niezapomnianym widokiem. Gospodarz zatroszczył się o nas w każdym aspekcie, od zameldowania po nasz wyjazd. Był z nami w stałym kontakcie, polecał sklepy, restauracje i inne potrzebne miejsca. Żal było wyjeżdżać z tego apartamentu, to były niezapomniane chwile. Dziękuję ❤️❤️❤️

A great holiday home equipped with everything you need for a full life – a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary, both bathrooms have basic hygiene products and towels. We appreciated that the house is located in a closed area with 24-hour security. Possibility to park the car right at the entrance door. Excellent communication with the host Ekaterina. Answers to questions we received very quickly. I definitely recommend this holiday home and cooperation with Ekaterina.

En fantastisch appartement met werkelijk alles erop en eraan. Een betoverend uitzicht vanaf het prachtige terras. Een supervriendelijk host en zijn broer. Altijd bereikbaar. Dit is een aanrader.

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، الغرفة مطلة على البحر مباشرة والمنظر كان رائع. المضيف كان متعاون جداً، رتب لي المواصلات من وإلى المطار وكان سريع الاستجابة لأي استفسار. أنصح بالإقامة هنا وبشدة.

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Curro was da hospitable, nothing was too much trouble when I had a few questions. Great location, sea view close to everything. I would definitely recommend. Our first time in Estapona but not our last!

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

Eine Perle direkt am Meer! Lauras Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank mit tollen und preiswerten Weinen. Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ein paar wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben es geliebt! Laura ist eine super Gastgeberin, hat uns nützliche Tipps gegeben und hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Sie wohnt gleich nebenan, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir können Lauras Haus sehr empfehlen und hoffen wiedermal zurück zu kommen.

Amazing place to stay, short taxi to centre and very helpful hosts!!

Yulia's place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed and when we asked about the possibility of having a kid's high chair, the answer was yes! (it also had a baby bath tub which was really handy for us). The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily cook whatever you may like. The area felt safe and quiet and the it's only 2 mins walk to the beach. The host (Yulia) went out of her way to ensure we have everything we need (including providing a second set of keys as we were two families with two cars). There were a couple of beach restaurants minutes away from the flat, but sadly we stayed there in February which means the restaurants were shut in the low season. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Yulia's place.

Great location and a spotless apartment, with easy walking distance to puerto banus, and all bars and restaurants in the area. Mazen was a super great host and always available if I needed to message him. The apartment is in a beautiful complex and is secure with a guarded entrance and patrols at night. Very modern with everything you need! I will definitely return to this apartment
