Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa estaba totalmente equipada y muy limpia. La piscina la hemos disfrutado muchísimo porque el viaje era familiar con distintas edades y necesidades y ha dado cobertura a todas ellas. La casa es muy espaciosa, las habitaciones también, con armarios grandes. Es una zona residencial donde hay que coger el coche para todo, pero en nuestro caso que íbamos a descansar y difrutar de la casa, no ha supuesto ningún inconveniente. La ocmunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy rápida y fluida. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

El apartamento era súper bonito tal cual las fotos, la piscina genial pero el camino para llegar era de tierra y era un poco difícil de acceder, el anfitrión súper receptivo y amable en todo momento, lo recomiendo sin duda

Christian, bedankt voor het verblijf. We hebben er van genoten. Verblijf ziet er top uit. Het zwembad was super. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen. Elke dag hebben we een padelbaan gehuurd. Ook de padel en tennis zag erg top uit.

Just the perfect stay in a very spacious, clean and well-appointed villa. The large terrace with the gorgeous view of a the Mediterranean is unreal. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Excelente estadia en el departamento de Jose.. lugar increíble en frente del mar menor y el mediterráneo. La vista desde el dpto era fantástica. muy recomendable. Jose un genio que estaba siempre a disposición.. la manga fue un gran descubrimiento...

"Una estancia como en casa" Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Cartagena, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie y disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad. El apartamento era muy acogedor, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Además, el propietario fue muy atento y amable desde el primer momento, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. It includes all the amenities you could wish for – from a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed to air conditioning and fast internet. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view from the 7th floor – especially at sunset. It’s the kind of view you can easily fall in love with. This is the perfect place if you're looking for relaxation, peace, and comfort. The location is also a plus – quiet and pleasant surroundings. The host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to unwind in exceptional conditions.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. Los Urrutias y concretamente el apartamento es un sitio perfecto para la tranquilidad y para poder tener un tiempo para respirar y relajarte. El apartamento está muy bien comedor y cocina en el comedor grande y espacioso, una habitación con cama matrimonial muy cómoda y espaciosa… la terraza es una de los mejores espacios con barbacoa y vistas al mar. No se como estará en verano pero en semana santa es un sitio perfecto para relajarse. Cartagena está a 15 min.

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Sin lugar a dudas, Denise y Barry son unos superanfitriones! Nos prepararon una cesta de bienvenida y el apartamento era ideal, todo limpio y ordenado, un balcón precioso que ilumina el salón, tanto el sofá como la cama eran comodisimas. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo y en la propia puerta del edificio con techado. Lo que nunca había visto en otros Airbnb es la cantidad de detalles que DyB aportaron a su apartamento, en la cocina hay de todo aceite, sal, cafe, azúcar... incluso pastillas de lavavajillas y la lavadora, todo tipo de productos y utensilios, incluso en el baño habia una cestita con agua micelar, aloe vera, desodorante, discos desmaquillantes... Lo más alucinante fue ver que tb nos dieron sillas para la playa, nevera, una mesita, toallas, sombrillas... De verdad demuestran ser unos superanfitriones! Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa y estamos deseando volver a repetir aquí! 🥰✨️

Wir haben uns aufenblicklich wie zu Hause gefühlt, das Apartment war sogar schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Roberto war äußerst freundlich und es der Check-In sowie der Check-Out funktionierten unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Minka verlief einwandfrei und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch für unser Kind gab es einiges an Spielzeug, was als Ergänzug zu dem Spielzeug, dass wir selber mitgenommen haben perfekt gepasst hat. Wir haben Minkas Unterkunft mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge verlassen und hoffen, dass wir hier einmal einen weiteren Aufenthalt verbringen können.

Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, la playa adyacente deja mucho que desear pero a 15m en coche se encuentran playas magníficas y la piscina comunitaria es muy buena. Tuvieron varios detalles en el apartamento que son de agradecer, en general ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Un apartamento coqueto, ideal para pasar unos días. Los anfitriones están pendientes de todo y nos han dejado preparado todo lo que podía hacernos falta. Si volvemos a este lugar, no dudaremos en repetir.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Cartagena auf Workation und haben das Apartment hauptsächlich zum arbeiten, duschen und schlafen genutzt. Es war super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Vom Fön über Mücken-Stecker bis hin zu Vorratsbehältern für das Essen, alles war vorhanden. Cristina hat uns am Anreisetag direkt kontaktiert und uns persönlich die Wohnung gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten uns dank ihrer Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse gut verständigen. Das Apartment liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, unweit vom Hafen, aber dennoch war es angenehm ruhig. Wir konnten alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung mit einer super Gastgeberin - gern wieder 😊
