Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The Wi-Fi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as the description says: the best in Spain.

1st class host, relaxing location and plenty of great beaches within a short drive. would definitely book again.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, very nicely furnished to feel good. Direct access to the beach and sea views. Communication was very easy, friendly and accommodating. We felt very well taken care of and would book this apartment again at any time!

A great location for everything. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, also the bus and tram stations. Would highly recommend.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

A good place to enjoy the area. Easy access, good communication and helpfulness from the host. Parking at the door of the house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Great communication from Marta and Santiago. Apartment was immaculate, clean and fresh. Very generous amount of coffee pods, water, cold drinks plus a bottle of wine. Bed was really comfortable and air con very efficient. Hosts were extremely helpful in offering us to leave luggage after check-out and also helping us find the diverted route for the airport bus (big festival so usual bus route had changed). For a little casual bar / restaurant- we liked Trisurco at the far end of the beach. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Alicante.

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is super well located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment on this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the port and the city is very appreciable. We had a great time! Thank you so much!
