It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

The dining room and kitchen has a custom 4 m counter with 12 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 IH cooktops, stovetop pots, cooking utensils, Balmuda oven range, Aladdin graphite grill, hand blender, Bruno hot plate (octopus grill plate), kettle, and other cooking utensils/appliances, commercial ice maker, and refrigerator. The sofa lounge is equipped with a karaoke machine, so you can sing karaoke as much as you like (please close the window completely when using karaoke and keep the volume down) There is a footbath connecting the dining room and lounge. This is also a flowing hot spring.　The bathroom can be opened, and you can enjoy the sound of the river and the natural trees while relaxing in the hot spring. [2nd Floor] Guest room. There are a total of 3 rooms, a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room with 2 queen beds, and 8-tatami mat and 6-tatami mat Japanese-style rooms. Futons are available in semi-double size. The linens are cleaned by a ryokan hotel specialist and are clean. Linens include bath towels, face towels, and gowns, in addition to bedding.
