Located 5 minutes from Genlis (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), 25 minutes (car) or 11 minutes (train) from the center of Dijon and the Cité de la Gastronomie, 30 minutes from Dole and the caves of Bèze for adventure enthusiasts, 10 km from the A39 motorway, 16 km from the A31 and 15 minutes from the beach of Arc-sur-Tille.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Bienvenue dans notre appartement fraîchement rénové et calme situé dans le parc du Château d’Athée, anciennement au niveau de la bergerie. L’appartement situé au 1er étage, permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et un bébé et offre un cadre unique mêlant patrimoine et tranquillité. Vous pourrez également rejoindre rapidement Auxonne et ses remparts historiques, ou flâner le long de la voie bleue/verte suivant le cours de la Saône. Dijon : ~ 35 min en voiture NB : les extérieurs sont en cours

Studio in the countryside on a 1600 m² fenced property (walls), digicode access, private parking, green and flowery spaces. From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.

The spa suite: La Dolce Vita invites you to a romantic getaway and well-being. Nestled in a pedestrian street in old Dole, next to the cathedral that welcomes you. You will find a wellness area in a vaulted cellar with an area of 40 m² with a Jacuzzi-type spa bath, a sauna, a walk-in shower and all the necessary bath linens. You have a 40 m² night and living area also independent of the relaxation area. La Dolce Vita awaits you!
