Monthly Rentals in Athens

Steve was an amazing host- the space was cozy and perfect for my parents and I (in their 70's) while we were in town for a wedding. So easy to get to, beautiful, peaceful setting, awesome history too! The grounds were beautiful and it was fun to walk around and explore. I would absolutely stay there again!

Nick's home is charming and exactly what our family was looking for. Great location too!

The space is very cozy. It feels like a piece of history that is tastefully decorated while maintaining the historical vibe. Quiet neighborhood with lots of streets for walking the dogs. There is a pretty riverside park close by. Neighbors are friendly. We felt safe and a sense of privacy. Great water pressure in the shower. The mattresses are too firm for our tastes but we slept great! Excellent value. We would stay again.
